How to Encourage Engineering to Do Great Work

Engineers are creative and they want to do great work. But it's a lot harder for them to do that if they don't understand what's going on. Set up some sessions to explain the process or set up a Q&A session. Try to have an open door policy. Next is thinking about design systems or component libraries. Really try to embrace the consistency.
