I find the concept of culture fit very strange. I look at like, can we teach people to operate in our culture? Can we be deliberate about defining what our culture is and create a framework around that? Most of the times you can do interview process if you have an interview with multiple people in the interview panel. References are important for some roles but it's hard to do on every role.
