Law Firm Hubris
Law firm hubris. Something we never talked about on this show. One was the announcement by Brian Cave which is a fairly innovative law firm that if you if you bill a certain number of hours over the year they will allow you to take the vacation. But let's face it no no matter how you do shake that out that's unbuilt time uncollectible time when it comes to the end of the day at least with the law firms I was with it probably would not have so it just struck me as sort of an interesting way to use the billable hour matrix for work-life balance.
