The French passed a law for the tackler to tackle below the waist or at and below the waist. The ballcareer was also not allowed to drop or duck into contact. It's got a complicated, doesn't it? Yeah. And that was their solution to that problem. They'd learned from the experiences of the RFP Championship. So they solved the problem by putting equal responsibility on the tackler as they did the ballcareer or vice versa. But then you get the head on head, the head on shoulders and the concussion. You can still see players currently are targeting more or less where the sternum is. This is what has happened in France so far.
