What Does It Take to Be Happy?
What does it take to be happy? So you have to move away from sitting on the thumb tacks and move towards the things that actually are enjoyable. Negative self talk could be walking into a room, or taking on the wrong ego state in order to enjoy relationship with other people. It doesn't have to be horrible, horrible. And that c an unconscious pattern that you're running in your life. That's really all it comes din your saying here,. Could be a chronic irritation that is shutting down happiness.
