How to Be Nice in an Email
The first line of an email should be, how are you? I hope you're well. You have to be direct enough that they get the message but also nice and flowery like in your mother tongue. And another thing you can't say is "I hope you're fine" because it's weird. It's just a look, you know. So don't do that.
