Sequencing Matters

Start with like validating the problem. And then two, is it just validating the best way to solve it? Like that's an ideal solution? I think that's right. But sequencing also matters. You might choose to build the sort of less compelling or less kind of pressing piece of the product that still needs to be built anyway but you choose to build that first. Or maybe another competitor or someone comes along and builds the more important thing first and then they're winning because they sequence correctly. It's a really challenging game and puzzle to put together...I love that focus.
