Rogan Gibson's Testimony on the Death of Paul Murdall

Rogan Gibson testified at trial and in his testimony he did identify Alec Murdall's voice. He told investigators he was 99% sure it was Alex voice in an earlier phone call he had with Paul. On cross-examination this is not challenged which I think is really interesting even though there's not much of a difference between 99% and 100% generally that that 1% could potentially be reasonable doubt right you could?
