Is There a Risk Free Pathway?
There's no risk free pathway, you're measuring one set of risks against another. We still have a chance let's say of reach 1.5 degree without the needs to rely on S.R.M. But the window is closing and eventually we are going to need to wait these different risks. What's better here? Let's say to go to a technology that's not technology proof yet, it's not fully tested yet or try to explore the risk of living in a much warmer world. As of today I would say most scientists think this is still too dangerous but we have to study that possibility as well.
