Are Urban Places Making Us Happier?

60% of Americans would rather live in a big house far away from commercial areas. In small houses and walkable areas were the other side of the question. But i think that there's a difference between how we respond to places sublimely, verses how we might answer a survey. I teach a class at tufts on realistic development. And now what?
