Defining Success as Delivering the Thing
When you've defined success as deliver the thing, then there's eno if it's not delivered in the way i imagined it, then it's not right. The other thing i'll say is that sometimes when we shift to a outcome mine set, we think, oh, well, this team has to deliver this outcome, and if they don't, they've failed. And so like again, you if you're not sure, you're feeling uncomfortable. I be looking at, we'll have o e defining success for this.
