The Importance of Empathy in Problem Solving
In any good storytelling, you set the tone immediately where most people go into backgrounds and history. You go into the heart of the problem. And I think that's so important in not just storytelling, but in problem solving. It's very easy to come up with an idea, especially if you've worked in certain fields at certain times. But there's a real caution I would give that jumping to solutions before we have actually defined the problem is wrong. Because if not, you're throwing mud at the wall.
