We've Done the Best in the Situation
I don't have the full information at my disposal to make a judgment call, because i think governments are best placer. Our individuals are only aware part of the issue or part of the information. So let's give them that benefit of doubt too, that they've do they've done the best, and they continue to do their best. It's not er a satisfactory situation when many of our nationals don't respond forthwith it takes time for them also to absorb the gravity of the situation.
