I want people to come up with their own. I will give them feelings like I'll say I don't know I think what you're saying is you're despondent just off the but I know that having a greater emotion vocabulary leads to you being able to be more nuanced about a given feeling. Let's say I'm chagrin as opposed to I'm mortified by the way variations on embarrassment. The research consistently shows the more nuanced you have and it shows us for portfolio managers by the way the more portfolios can differentiate amongst their negative emotions the more money they make.
