The Role of Executive Functioning in OCD
I think it's like it's almost like a domino effect, right? You start to work on the OCD symptoms. And as a result, these other areas improve in someone's brain because they're not letting the OCD run their life. They're choosing to do differently and challenge some of the fears which makes maybe the obsessions less loud in their brain. So then they're better able to focus and be present in their life instead of all in their head.
