Just open to include this bigger dimension of who you are, the subtler more essential dimension and rest as this awareness. Just notice any tendency to want to escape or to be here but just let yourself feel what this awake awareness feels like. And then as this pure consciousness make another shift to say and feel sadness is welcome. Anger is welcome. Fear is welcome. Feel that flow of the primacy of awake consciousness and whatever is arising pleasant or unpleasant. Let go of any mistaken or held feelings of wanting to grasp anything or get rid of anything that it couldn't let go of. See how you feel when awareness and emotion are not to.
