The Fallible Valar

Jov and Arda is meant to be the habitation of the children who really are not just a man. But I think that, you know, I think what we're getting at with all this stuff is, You know, the valar are fallible. They don't always know what Iluvatar's plan is. Sometimes they are motivated by selfish desires. We saw it with Alde. We see it here. Well, and it's not their job. Their job is to make the world for the children, right? Not to enjoy their beauty and fellowship. That's true.
