Osid Ar - What Did It Do for You?
Jeu: How would that grief have shown up when we had children and as a resolve losing my brother? Would it have shown up in some different ways, anger, ors something else? For me, it obviously showed up with osid ar. And look, it was hard. A really good counsellor for it. I could just feel ther kind of jus coming througha, bubbling up and coming out,. But it wasn't easy not to do. It's all part of that tapestry rit as be ove with mental well being.
