Is There a Tradition of Orthodoxy?
There is a deep, kind of magical, mystical tradition in Ireland. A lot of superstition that'sa like agic or something. It's almost like her, it's like a view back into mediaeval europe. The whole thing, and liberalism as such, was a sort of historical attempt in the west to open a space that wasn't religious for a few hundred years. And so we're going back into a religious world now - even though people don't necessarily see it as that. But i think simon said that marxism was a badly constructed religion because it just puts the idolatry at the heart of everything instead of spiritual society. We're not economic beings
