Yoga Builds Isometric Strength Really Well

It does seem like in yoga, I mean, this is just like my anecdotal gut response, but it does seem like the most common thing you're doing is isometric. Yes. You're just holding, you know, often you're holding things for long periods of time and you're being told to focus on those muscles and to engage those muscles. That's exactly right. So Yoga builds isometric strength really well, probably better than most other strength training modalities unless they're specifically working on that as a topic.
