CNN's John Sutter talks about how he became a freelancer. He says his first job was at GameStop in 2008, but he didn't like it. After quitting the store on a whim, he found himself working as a dog walker for four hours every day. "I want to take on a big project as I do research, I make a plan, then I execute the plan," writes Sutter.
