The second one focuses on refugees in jordan and lebanon that were affected by the conflict in syria. They provide training to those individuals and support them in developing business ideas. Once those duals complete their training, they are provided with a grant to start or expand their business. For this bond to be successful, there are two outcomes that they have to achieve.
