How to Induce Significant Hypertrophy When You're That Lean

It's really hard to make dramatic strength gains when you're at a very, very low body fat percentage. The idea that you're going to be a v or six % body fat and just humming along, adding all sorts of additional muscle tissue is just not a realistic expectation. Ah, on the hypertrophy side, it's again, very, very difficult to induce notable hypertrophy when you're that lean. And in that case have all been, i believe, males down in the sub in the single ditghes.
