I think most of uss have a tendency to stay more in the area of artificial harmony. If done right, that is something that makes it so much easier to deal with all the little things that annoy you before the tension piles up. And negotiations gills as well, especially for women, i think learning how to negotiate, and that it's a good thing. We aught to have some of them at the academy, because i think it so important to get comfortable with conflict. That's, that's another advice....
