The Importance of Empathy in Class

I tend to give alternate methods of acquiring like little in class things and stuff for people who are too shy. The one issue I'm having is just it seems like the TAs kind of have each TAs has different standards. And then students will talk to each other and be like, Oh, I got like this grade on my tutorial. That's why it's better to write your own syllabi.
