i was brought up with a very scientific world yew, and i am still committed to the idea of science. But atu i found a line of flight away from science because there were already many things about it that, as science, i found problematic in their likhtly social consequences. Data science explicitly names its own allegiance to scientific perspective. It mobilizes scientism. Not really somthing to sciencisan science, you know, it's not based on repeatabe experiments or anything like that.
