Is It a Cold War Mentality?

There's no way that this insurgency, if it were to suffer apparent military defeat, would die. The question is whether or not political opinion in germany has shifted permanently too. We're faced withan anenemy which is determined to change our lives for the worse. And the ukraine the people who are suffering the really sharp end of it, but the rest of us are going to suffer to some extent as well.
