I think that the long con if there is one, it is to generate fear so that you will submit even more. The UFO topic will work on both mindsets. It is like the perfect hybrid of like an outside inside threat. And I think it will create a unifying fear which can be used for perfect control. Of course, all the bank, bank lapses too. They don't want you. They want you to have balls. That's what they want.
