Lessons Learned From Customer Law Contribution to Product Research
I learned that it's really kind of crucial to talk to customers often and yeah, very frequently and check in with them, right? It's really like the only way you can really learn to improve. So there's no use in acting else if you know the truth already and you have the perfect view on your product. And sometimes, well, that's another lesson. Sometimes you just don't have enough information to make the perfect decision. But you have to go with something and make a judgment call, have good hypotheses and call it like that.
