How to Measure a Reindeer
The distance reindeer goes before it needs to urinate, just an ad hoc measurement. It's something that in the case of Finnish people who were using this measure because they were hanging about with reindeer all day. So you would look to them for a source of stability with which you could measure out your world. And it's a pretty handy measurement.
