The Spirit in the Water and the Blood

There is a sacramental reference here to what John is saying. If you deny that Jesus is the son of God who's sufficient for your salvation, you are not just denying God, you are calling him a liar. And so this is somebody that was pro-Trinity that wanted to make sure and make it just a tad more persuasive. But in the original Greek, this is what it actually says, the spirit, the water and the blood.
