The Raiders and the National Labor Relations Board
A group of workers who work for Cognizant on YouTube music decided to pursue a union election with the National Labor Relations Board. The board ruled that Google was not properly contracting or outsourcing the work, and so they exercised enough control over what these nominally cognizant workers were doing. Stephen could talk more work because I don't I'm not off to date on which things are secret.
