The Role of Women in the British State
British state at time of French Revolution was 'nothing like a democracy' Voting restricted to very narrow group of people, deeply corrupt. If women can vote, there is no reason to deny the vote to all those men who are subject to arbitrary rule too. This is a radical argument for a genuine kind of equality.
