Are You the Boss?

Many people, when they first graduate from what you think of as front line work into anything management, like any kind of a quasi leadership roll, supervisor, manage, or anything like that. But often, if it's early in their career, especially, they they start to think that that means they're the boss. That their job is to be the boss. There's this sort of early naive perception that being in in management, stepping into that means now you have to become the boss. The job certainly is not about being the boss, right? And i've seen people learn that over yearsy they kind of gradually learn. Most people, i know of some people who never learned it
