If you find yourself in a place where the people keeping the gears turning are treated like cogs, it may be time to leave. It always boils down to leadership. You can get a feel for how much they invest in developing their people because that's also a great litmus test to how much they value their people. I love my time with Justin and this episode will go down as a reference for me. Next time I find myself pounding the pavement looking for the right creative place to be the right creative person.
