Flipping the 25 Unit Versus Holding?

The 25 unit is a pretty good cash flowing asset. We might decide to hold and any of the refi makes sense, depending on where the rates are at that time. So it's just simply a it's opportunity. You just see it as a bigger opportunity to sell and purchase more versus just holding onto it and cash flowing.
