I certainly learned a tremendous amount at sales force, but it was because the place and the people, that's why i learned it. If you are on a really good team with laborite people, then you will learn from them. You know, if you want to do the lone wolf approach, because you think you can do everything, you might be successful. And many people are. But for me, really the greatest periods of personal and professional growth have been when i've been surrounded by people that i can learn from.
