When a player gets to kind of the later stages of youth development phase, what would their athletic development program look like in a week just to give an idea? It's all about the whole picture and I know you've per Metasacker, a fantastic manager, leader. The mission is to be the most caring and challenging football academy in the world. Not an inspirational mission that everyone in the club could commit to,. But it wasn't my call, but it was very supportive of Lee Brady. And we did that in a very collaborative way.
