The Importance of Design Thinking in Force Design

I'm grateful for this opportunity and I hope that in here in the future that some of these ideas, even if they aren't the major scope of what we came up with. Some of these things can be put in place so that we can build a quality force not just based off of quantity because we want the best of the best. And I know C&O has big plans and having strong warfighters and competent leaders is major points that he brings up in his strategic design, his force design. So I just look forward to moving forward and being a good example for those that are out there now so we can continue to build an excellent force.
