How do you tell if youre function overreaching or non functionally overreaching? And i think a really key differentiator there is, if you do take some time off, and you make some of these adjustments like night nate is describing. It can literally take years to recover from non-functional reaching. So it's really good to be pro active about tuning in when is your mood changing.
