The navy and presumably the other services own a bunch of golf courses and hotels. They don't need to. The australians did very aggressive ut what's called re cycling, a few years ago. And they basicly took government and assets, sold it, leased it, and they took that money and they invested it in a variety of instructure projects. I abrillian idea, we should do it here in america. There's any number of things state, local and the federal government own that they don't needs to own,. That aren't actually assets on the balance sheet, are liabilities.
