What New Nuclear Country Are You Most Bullish On?

I see Saudi Arabia in a position to see the outstanding success of UAE's program. I don't know whether that means other nearby countries are going to have to get nuclear or fall behind. The Philippines is what? Number 11, 12 in the world and population with over 100 million people. For any one of those countries to make a really strong positive step towards nuclear, you can expect to see a very serious approach taken at double time in all the surrounding nations because none of them want to be left behind.
