Is Your Culture Powerful?

Culture is really, really important in any organization. A firm will have a type of product or investment that they believe is appropriate for clients. And so what happens in these rooms, and i've seen it, is the manager goes around and says, ok, who has clients for this? And you raise your hand. I've got three clients being able to do 507 51 million right to an investment product. They're feeding that data up the chain. But you create a weird culture. You create a very uncomfortable culture. People often ask me how come there's no woman in the industry?"
