Is Fatima a Good Private Enlightenment?
The ultimate standard for judging the truth of a private revelation is its connection with Christ. The approval of the church doesn't mean that anyone has to accept it necessarily, he says. It does mean that the church has judged that there's nothing harmful to faith and morals in the message. Some people can become obsessed or very worried about being ready for either some great tribulation nor natural disaster.
