How to Refute a Decision After the Fact

i agree with you that regret is a relatively useless emotion. But as you o, i think that it's only useless because it happens after the fact. You should just really turn it into a learning experience. If you could get regret, if you can get regret, to happen before the decision. Now, it can become a super useful an um.
