Josh Mcrus: Designers are so focused on wanting something to feel a certain way, that it never quite does the thing that we intend to do right. Ideo didn't recognize that by not including disabled people in this process, they have a perpetuated the very problem that they had set out to fix in the first place. In my department now, i make an effort to bring advocates, both their literature, the tay they produce, their toolcets forind of designing or thinking, em,. And also ust making sure thatwe makean effort to include them and make them integral to our processes.
