There's something called ama's law. The idea is that people's expectations of techn logy are too high in the beginning when a new technology is introduced. When you take a leader in an organization, they would be the leader of that organization if they weren't really good at their job. Why wouldt i sell you a promise that's going to fall flat? So there's this disconnect that happens very early on in new technologies. Those technologies have to evolve in order to meet expectations.
