I was looking for people that are hungry that really want to learn so it's not necessarily about the current skill set but also about the skill sets they want to create in the future. When we hired we looked at what is this person very very good at and is this something that we still need in the team because if everyone is good at the same thing then you cannot really puzzle it together well. At Hanker the project can go from like very let's say specific B2B things here that are on your X level super super hard to solve or other projects where it's more about a beautiful landing page. We have a good atmosphere we are very diverse and we have a very broad skill
