One client told me he was preparing for one future five years ago and now he's preparing for three futures because he doesn't know which one will happen. People are increasingly kind of challenging their planning processes in a way of adding risk factors or contingencies. The quality and the preparedness of companies for these shocks is much more advanced than it was in the past.
