The state of Oregon has approved training programmes for people who want to use m d ma with their clients. They still do have to pass a screening assessment in order to access that and get approved, but it's kind of non pathologizing. Theres still a debate about how the system should still be built in reality. But my guess is that we'll have enough safeguards and monitoring as it moves forward.
